How does control over labor affect project success?

Lance: In our industry, there are several outside factors in terms of going to an outside subcontractor or trade partner. But when we control labor, we can control how we solve problems. That's where schedules get derailed is as a subcontractor solution or a trade partner solution. We don't control the labor. When you control the labor, you control the outcome.
