Can self-performing GCs support design-build construction?

Lance: Well, I think in the design-build process, we can bring in our builders, our in-house builders, to challenge the constructability of the design. And by doing that, we can provide a complete estimate, schedule certainty, and also efficiency. Efficiency in cost, and just the way the build, is going to transpire. And those benefits are then passed on to the owner.
