Lance: When you think about the craft and when you think about the individuals that are actually performing the work, an employee that has a solid footing in a company that has a future in a company, is inherently going to produce a better product, and by doing that, the owner reaps that benefit. Certainly. It's on a micro level, but when you compound that by a crew at a job site, that's when real, real change and real benefit occurs.
