Across DPR
The DPR Foundation distributed more than $2 million in grants to 34 organizations across the U.S. in 2024. Grantees are selected based on commitment and ability to build opportunities for under-resourced youth across the country.
Across the Family of Companies
With support from strategic partners EIG and OES, DPR’s SPW teams built, delivered and installed 16 countdown clocks for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. In less than a month, crews collaborated across three time zones to help FIFA kick off the official countdown.
Austin, TX
The Waterline project team completed the core wall of level 68 of the future 74-story mixed-use tower, set to become the tallest building in Texas. With the completion of level 68, the structure, designed by HKS, Inc., now stands at 894 feet above grade. To date, DPR's self-perform work teams have poured 145,550 cubic yards of concrete at Waterline—more than the combined total of three neighboring DPR projects in downtown Austin.
Baltimore, MD
LifeBridge Health’s Grace Medical Center, a five-story, 30,000-sq.-ft. behavioral health outpatient center, is now open—featuring adult and pediatric clinics, counseling spaces and expanded green space. The project included strategic demolition and major interior renovations, all while keeping the medical facility fully operational.
Charlottesville, VA
The UVA Fontaine Central Energy Plant topped out 240 tons of structural steel. This 19,000-sq.-ft. facility will support the Institute of Biotechnology and future buildings with zero-combustion, fossil fuel-free thermal utilities—featuring geothermal storage, low-temp hot water distribution and heat recovery chillers as part of UVA’s next-gen energy system.
Chula Vista, CA
DPR, alongside Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group, HGW Architecture, and local community leaders, celebrated the opening of a 60,000-sq.-ft. medical office building expansion, nearly doubling the facility’s original size. The expansion will enhance the local community’s access to high-quality care with new and expanded services, advanced technology and a focus on sustainability.
Coral Springs, FL
The team at Broward Health Coral Springs completed the fourth-floor buildout for a step-down recovery unit. Led by an all-women team, the renovation encompassed 22,000-sq.-ft., including 28 patient beds within medical, surgical and intermediate care rooms. The team expedited preconstruction, resulting in construction finishing ahead of schedule and under budget. Self-perform crews handled ACT, drywall and specialties. The project required close collaboration with hospital staff as the renovation required tie-ins to an active third floor.
Nashville, TN
The Nashville Warehouse Co. project won AIA Middle Tennessee's Honor Award. Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and owned by AJ Capital, the 200,000-sq.ft. space is the first large-scale mass timber project in Nashville. The building includes Class A office space, public pedestrian spaces and an acre of communal green space just 1.2 miles from downtown Nashville.
San Diego, CA
Teammates in San Diego supported a local veterans group’s request to help restore a deteriorating memorial in San Diego’s Liberty Station. Led by superintendent Steve Bragia, the team renovated and replaced a series of monuments dedicated to those who served on U.S. submarines in World War II.
Santa Clara, CA
DPR team members celebrated the company's new Silicon Valley office topping out with the final mass timber beam on the 64,732-sq.-ft. Glue Laminated Timber (GLT) roof. Designed by SmithGroup, DPR is repurposing Santa Clara’s iconic “Wedge” building into a 113,702-sq.-ft. office that will house regional and corporate operations, a Prefabrication Assembly Facility and DPR's family of companies. Placing the final mass timber beam completes the structural scope of work and allows DPR’s team to continue with the roof, exterior skin and interior build-out.
South Korea
DPR's Asia operations in South Korea participated in several activities across its jobsites in South Korea to celebrate World Day for Safety and Health at Work. As a CM, DPR partners with its GCs to build a strong safety culture through leadership and coaching.
Southborough, MA
DPR recently completed the multi-phased renovation of an occupied facility to deliver the Oncology & Infusion Center at Reliant Medical Group’s Southborough campus. The project included relocating imaging and lab services to create five new infusion bays, exam rooms and a compounding pharmacy—marking Reliant’s second infusion clinic and DPR’s second partnership on this growing program serving the MetroWest region.
