As a self-performing general contractor, DPR builds technical projects that require an incredible level of skill and a laser focus on quality. Our foremen and general foremen are critical to the success of DPR projects as they lead and inspire teams of talented tradespeople to get the job done every day.

In 2024, DPR launched a company-wide process to celebrate the master craftspeople who are taking work to the next level—The Foreman of the Year Award.   Winners are determined according to criteria that includes: commitment to Environmental Health and Safety; planning and scheduling; production management; adaptability; leadership; and DPR’s core values.

Congratulations and thank you for all that you do. Following are representative quotes about some of the winners and how they have gone above and beyond to build great things.
