The laptop screen shows a search for civil welders with GMAW experience in Dallas, including a list of candidates and a large profile photo of a craft worker wearing a hard hat and safety glasses. The smartphone screen shows an incoming call, indicating that a recruiter is being connected with a candidate through the app.
Skillit helps recruiters find interview‑ready skilled craft workers across more than 35 trades, from entry‑level roles to superintendents. By using AI to surface qualified candidates across union, open‑shop, local, per diem and traveling workforces, the platform helps teams hire more efficiently.
  • Drone with computer screen, tablet screen and cellphone screen displaying drone maps.

Commercial drone maps and models processed in the cloud for construction, mining, energy and more.

  • Trunk Tools Collage

Trunk Tools is a AI Powered platform designed to streamline large-scale construction projects by simplifying access to critical information. It addresses the common challenge faced by general contractors and their trade partners—managing constantly changing documentation across fragmented digital tools.

Portfolio Incubation

  • Robotic arm constructing building panel beside Digital Building Components logo.

Using digital fabrication, Digital Building Components transforms computer models directly into precise-to-spec building assemblies including interior and exterior building panels as well as load-bearing CFS structures.

  • VueOps logo beside tablet screen, computer screen and cellphone screen displaying 3D model viewer and data.

Modernizing the typical building handoff from a dusty collection of binders to a digital system, VueOps helps owners access building information using searchable keywords. The 3D model viewer and data in VueOps is also searchable by floor, room or other equipment attributes. This software significantly streamlines the Facility Management process during the life of the building.

  • SurePods logo beside row of prefabricated bathrooms.

SurePods™ prefabricated bathrooms are sized, designed and accessorized to meet the owner's precise requirements, then built under controlled factory conditions. Consolidating the talents of eight separate trades, the finished product comes ready to hook up and inspect.
