The new addition to the Alliance campus includes a three-story vertical expansion over the recently-completed and occupied ED expansion. Construction includes a new three-story tower as well as extensive renovations to a kitchen, pharmacy, level II lab, material management, EVS, a loading dock, engineering, IT, surgical facilities, med/surg, Women’s Services, imaging, BioMed, respiratory therapy, PT, a CUP expansion and a parking lot expansion. DPR was able to use Self-Perform Work for many aspects of the project including the interior, concrete, waterproofing, and prefabricated panels.
