The Ross data center was a design/build project comprising a 30,000-sq.-ft., single story greenfield building in Rock Hill, SC. The building was designed as a hardened Seismic Zone D steel and precast structure with approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of data hall, administrative and back of house MEP support areas within a highly secured MEP designed Tier III unclassified facility. It includes four data hall quadrants, two of which were built-out day one. The 2MW ultimate IT critical load is distributed in a 2N utility, generator to UPS topology.
