Indoor High-Tech Mini-Golf Entertainment Facility
Puttshack at Brickell City Center | Miami, FL
This project consisted of a 30,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement for an upscale high-tech mini-golf entertainment facility at Brickell City Center. The complex included several mini-golf courses, multiple bars, a restaurant, kitchen, and outdoor/rooftop spaces. The scope included three floors of first generation fit-out.

About the Project
Puttshack is a unique entertainment experience in Brickell City Centre, Miami. Combining a tech-infused mini golf game with exceptional food & beverage service, the facility is redefining mini golf for the next generation, while appealing to all generations. Unique features of the project include the mini-golf courses, multiple bars, dining areas, full service kitchen, an interior staircase, and a rooftop terrace.
Eagle Award for Puttshack
Puttshack Brickell City Center won the Eagle Award in the category for Entertainment Facilites $5-10 Million for the Florida East Coast ABC Chapter.
