This project revitalized an existing four-story 277,000-sq.-ft. building on Campus Point Drive to accommodate Eli Lilly's company growth. It involved demolition of interiors and exterior skin to install a modern façade and core improvements, including new elevators, stairs, restrooms, and mechanical equipment for the central plant. The tenant improvements are comprised of chemistry and biology laboratories, private and open offices, conference rooms, a seminar room, and amenities.
The main entry screen was awarded The Tom Gilfoy Memorial Craftsmanship of the Year Award in the Architectural Sheet Metal category by the California Chapter of SMACNA (Sheet Metal Air Condition National Association).
The project achieved LEED-CS Gold certification.
