Project Details Commercial Fit-Out in Miami

The project consisted of a 32,000-sq.-ft. commercial tenant improvement for DSV Air & Sea, Inc. adjacent to an active warehouse space. Scopes included, but not limited to: demolition, framing, ceilings, finishes, interior glass partitions, drywall, site work, glass/glazing, millwork and MEP. The project features included nine private offices, 245 workstations, four conference rooms, two huddle rooms, and eight phone booths, and two employee lounge areas.
