Ball Ground Elementary School is a new 139,144-sq.-ft. elementary school that can accommodate up to 1,200 students. It replaced the older school building that was in use for more than 70 years. The new, state-of-the-art school includes a gymnasium, media center/library, cafeteria with stage, family learning center, classrooms, outdoor basketball courts and playground, and three PE fields.

The scope of work included interior finishes of the cabinetry in the library, classroom storage, family learning center, gymnasium, kitchen equipment and voice and data infrastructure. The building includes a mezzanine level for HVAC and MEP infrastructure which runs above all the classrooms and other rooms. The intent behind the mezzanine is to allow easy access to the systems without the need to interrupt the students and teachers during classtime. Repairs and modifications to lighting, air control, wiring, etc. can be made above and out of sight of the rooms. The entire site is 25 acres, and the project scope included the site development.
