How knowledgeable are your in-house construction craftworkers?

Lance: The thing I enjoy about working for a self-performing general contractor is the collaboration that occurs with the industry peers. I'm a project-level superintendent and I lead at and build at a management and leadership level. Those craft superintendents are experts. They know the nuances to execute the work, and I think when those skill sets combine, that's where the magic happens in the name of planning. And it's fun. It's fun to plan the work with industry leaders and experts, and to learn from them.
