DPR Taps New Leaders to Push Boundaries, Strengthen Customer Experience in Central Region

DALLAS, TX, May 22, 2025 – DPR Construction, one of the leading technical builders in Texas and the mountain states, has announced leadership transitions within it’s Central region, aimed at continuing DPR’s history of quality construction that unlocks new possibilities for its customers.

Kevin Kramer has taken on the role of DPR’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit Leader, leading an operation of over 1,000 Admin and Craft employees and $764M in 2024 revenue. Kramer’s 10+ year tenure with DPR has been marked by successful projects that have fulfilled the business goals of his customers, especially in the commercial and hospitality sectors. Kevin previously served on the Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit Leadership Team and led local strategy for DPR’s Commercial Core Market.

Having played an integral role in establishing DPR’s imprint on the downtown Austin skyline, Nick Moulinet is expanding his role to serve as DPR’s Central Region Business Development Leader. Moulinet will oversee efforts across the newly expanded region with projects in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Jackson, WY – connecting customers with innovative solutions at all phases of the project with DPR’s services and family of companies.
