Renee’s career journey with DPR began in 1999 as a project engineer in the Bay Area and later transitioning to Southern California. She supported the growth of the Southern California business as well as playing an early role in the Global Learning Group. Her Big Hairy Audacious Goal remains to help create a healthy and high-performing organization that connects people to their purpose and creates a sense of belonging, just as DPR supported her in finding roles that leverage her strengths and resonate deeply. She champions leadership practices rooted in feedback, excellence and authenticity—values that shape DPR’s culture and employee experience.
