Kim Bates is driven by the desire to innovate and advance construction processes. She provides the tools and building blocks for people to make key business decisions. A technology strategist, she leads the Technology & Innovation team, harmonizing ERP systems across DPR’s family of companies and finding solutions to complex problems through data analysis. With accurate data and efficient processes, she helps DPR forge long-last relationships with customers and partners that are built on operational excellence.
