Jamie Moore

Jamie Moore is a customer-focused leader dedicated to delivering exceptional value, building lasting relationships, and driving strategic growth. As DPR’s Sales and Marketing Leader and a member of the Leadership Team, she guides the vision, strategy, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals to ensure disciplined and sustainable growth. Jamie’s passion for customer success and retention drives her efforts to foster satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

From the start, it was the people that made Jamie want to work at DPR. She was hooked from the first meeting and wanted to be a part of a place where people talk about their co-workers as family, live the core values and deliver great results. She joined DPR as a marketer in San Francisco in 2004. A passion for getting closer to the projects and customers quickly led to Jamie’s involvement in business development. She spent time on job sites and in customer meetings, learning the technical aspects of our work, and built a network of customers, architects and partners both on the job and through organizations like CoreNet, where she took on various roles and served on the Northern California Chapter Board.

Now leading sales and marketing teams across the country, Jamie excels at team development, mentoring high-performing professionals, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. She teaches advanced sales training and helps DPR strategically pursue and win the “best of the right work.” Her problem-solving mindset shines as she tackles questions like, “How do we uniquely help our customers? How do we communicate DPR’s differentiators? How do we assemble the right teams to deliver exceptional results?”

Outside of work, Jamie’s time is filled with the hustle and bustle of parenting her two kids by cheering them on at sports events, attending activities, or acting as their chauffeur. When she gets a moment to herself, Jamie finds balance through traveling, indulging in great food, and staying active with Orangetheory fitness.
