Chris Bell

Chris Bell is driven to build strong teams, develop craft talent, and deliver consistent results across the various scopes that DPR self-performs.  In his role as National Self-Perform Work (SPW) Co-Leader, Chris oversees DPR’s staff of craft and professionals in trades such as concrete, drywall, and waterproofing.  He brings a thoughtful and steady approach to supporting people and preparing them for long-term success.

Chris began his career in construction while studying at Purdue, working summers pouring basement walls and slabs. Originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, he joined DPR in 2004 and has since completed major projects in Florida, Texas, Missouri and Illinois. He brings a deep appreciation for the ever-changing nature of the industry and enjoys tackling new challenges with every project.

Known for his leadership and commitment to empowering others, Chris is driven to create opportunities for those passionate about building. He finds energy in developing teams, pioneering new paths for the company, and supporting career growth at DPR.

His project portfolio includes Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, USTA National Campus in Lake Nona, and Wilderness Lodge Rehab & Cabins.
Away from work, Chris values time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys volunteering, both at his local church and with the local Boy Scout troop.
