The project is situated on 46 acres of property owned by the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority in the Drew Park area of Tampa, FL, and includes two buildings totaling approximately 112,300-sq.-ft. The cargo operations building, approximately 75,600-sq.-ft., is dock height for current cargo needs and was designed to facilitate future aircraft operations.

The ground support equipment (GSE) building is approximately 36,700-sq.-ft. and is designed to facilitate the GSE maintenance operations. Both buildings have fire protection, tenant build-out including MEP, telecommunications, access control, and standing seam metal roofs. The exterior walls of the buildings are a combination of tilt-up and metal panels.

The project also included required civil, storm sewer, site work, landscaping, irrigation, concrete and asphalt parking, and electrically operated gates, as well as asphalt overlay of the existing FAA taxiway surface and the lighting rehabilitation and construction of a new service road that joins the project with the main airport.
