Innovative scheduling methods proved crucial in order to involve all key players from the early phases of the Sujin OfficeTel project. DPR's preconstruction and lean construction practices were utilized to help guide the client in pointing out the right methods such as process mapping and pull planning, which helped minimize waste. DPR helped the client initiate a corporate service group and for the preconstruction team to implement preconstruction concepts on a company-wide basis.
