The Engineering Technology Center (ETC) houses five of SPSU’s academic programs: electrical, computer, and telecommunications engineering technology, mechanical engineering technology, and engineering (robotics). The 123,000-sq.-ft. facility includes 36 labs, 12 classrooms, two seminar rooms and a 200-seat lecture room. This project achieved LEED Silver.

Building I is a 15,000-sq.-ft. addition to the present school of architecture. The addition consists of three studio spaces and a new auditorium. There was no disruption in the architectural class schedule during construction. The project also included renovation of the first floor of the existing school of architecture. This project achieved LEED Gold.
