DPR Construction is building the third phase of Scottsdale Healthcare's Master Plan. The renovation expands the surgical suite into the footprint of old nuclear medicine and ultrasound rooms into two operating rooms; one orthopedic and one Hybrid. The project entails relocating the nuclear medicine and ultrasound departments to a recent hospital expansion adjacent to the emergency department, as well as renovations of adjacent corridors, emergency egress routes, and support spaces to the orthopedic and hybrid operating rooms.
