A collaborative partnership with GS Engineering & Construction, the Parnas Office Tower is one of the latest cornerstone additions to the mega-modern Gangnam COEX district of Seoul. DPR’s consulting services and resources were embedded within the GS executive management team as well as the project-execution team, with the goal of revolutionizing the traditional project delivery methods in South Korea commercial construction.

Demonstrating new concepts to the local industry such as preconstruction, design cluster groups, target value design and BIM tools, DPR guided the hand-selection of the project execution team, along with the training and implementation of these new processes.
