The project consists of a 135,000-sq.-ft., 15-floor law firm remodel. DPR built out four new floors to accommodate the firm's continued growth and renovation of an additional eleven floors. Through careful project scheduling and working in phases, DPR reduced the number of times attorneys and staff had to be relocated during the 18 month construction process.
