The 12-story Aberdeen condominium development consists of 55 high-rise residential homes with covered parking and common facilities.  The residences are a variety of sizes from 1,800 -4,900 sq.ft. in this live, work, play suburban market.  Common facilities include an amenity deck with a putting green, bocce ball court, pool with sun shelf, raised spa tub and outdoor cooking center.  Inside amenities include a boardroom / dining room with catering kitchen, cigar room (humidor), wine room, club room, fitness center, locker rooms and high-tech golf simulator room.

The building name, Aberdeen, is emblematic of the Scotch theme employed throughout the building.  A logo was developed for the entry door hardware, custom corridor carpeting, and elevator doors. Further, a mature oak tree planted in the entry drive is reflected in custom exterior details including an emblem of the tree on the wrought iron fencing.

The Aberdeen site enjoys spectacular views of Buckhead and downtown Atlanta from its elevated topography.  The building design is developed to exploit this asset.  All homes are located on a single loaded corridor so that all enjoy this view.  Large balconies, outdoor terraces and the amenity terrace are oriented to this view.  Placement of the parking above grade further elevates the homes to the best views toward the city.
