DPR Hardin Construction Announces Big Wins and New Hires since Acquisition

DPR Hardin Construction (DPR Hardin) is pleased to announce that since DPR Construction purchased Hardin Construction Company in April, the combined company has won six Georgia-based projects totaling more than $230 million. The company also welcomes nine new full-time hires, including three project managers, and formed a Regional Management Team and Regional Leadership Team. These project wins and new hires are symbolic of DPR Hardin’s combined strength to better serve the needs of customers in Southeast and continue build great things in the community.

Great Projects

The project wins include the $53 million Charleston Midtown hotel, the $32 million Crescent Howell Mill in Atlanta, Ga., the $25 million Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Decatur, Ga. and several other projects across the state.

Great People

DPR Hardin has added nine new members to its Atlanta-based team.

DPR Hardin’s new hires include:

  • Chip Corley, Project Manager;
  • Jarred Booth, Project Manager;
  • Mark Sambol, Sr. Project Manager;
  • Matt Ondek, Project Engineer;
  • Scott Ray, Asst. Superintendent;
  • Shane Green, Superintendent;
  • Todd Thompson, Project Engineer
  • Jason McFarlin, Superintendent; and
  • Patch Sulflow, Field Engineer

Great Leadership

DPR Hardin also announces the formation of a Regional Management Team to maintain the company’s position as a construction leader in the Southeast. The team includes Brockelbank, Project Executive Andy Andres and Preconstruction Manager Justin Griffin. These three executives will also sit on the company’s Regional Leadership Team, an innovative group of 15 to 20 employees dedicated to serving the Southeast construction industry and community.
