For the third time in four years, DPR Construction was honored as one of the Top O.C. Workplaces by The Orange County Register. DPR ranked 1st among 25 mid-sized companies in the 2011 survey.
More than 18,500 employees from 119 companies in Orange County participated in the third party survey. Employees were asked to respond anonymously to 20 statements about their workplace experience and the leadership at their company.
The survey results showed DPR’s strengths were: Direction, Execution, Career, Managers, Conditions, and Pay & Benefits. DPR also received a special medallion award for their “Direction”.
